Location : Lowell, MA

Rate : $60/hr Max

Duration : 6 months

 

Skills

•        : Background in web services utilizing J2EE technologies that include a combination of SOA/XSL/XSLT/HTML/DHTML/XPath/XML schemas, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, SVN, Eclipse IDE, and Tomcat/JBoss application server

•        Exposure to environments with Agile software development a plus

•        Programming/Support experience with Java or C ++

•        Unix and Windows administration and debugging experience

•        Experience with several of the following:  J2EE, JMS, XML/XPATH, Web services, web development, app/web servers, networking, HTTP, SSL, SOAP

•        Practical experience with Oracle or SQL Server required

•        Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent

 

 

Qualifications:

 

•        Knowledge of TIBCO or any other ESB Engine

•        5-8 years of relevant experience in a software technical position

•        Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent

•        Strong understanding of network architectures, protocols and various software paradigms which make distributed computing possible.

•        Knowledge of message queuing technology is desirable

•        Excellent client relations/customer service skills
