Job Title: SAP HCM Security Consultant

Location: st Louis, Missouri

Duration: 4+ Months

 

General

·       Complete familiarity with conventional SAP ECC Security design and authorization concepts

·       Thorough knowledge of HCM structural authorizations and their integration with the overall ECC security model

·       Complete understanding of authorizations around ESS and MSS functionality

·       At least 2, preferably 3 SAP HCM Security end-to-end implementation experience

·       5-7 years of relevant and demonstrable experience in the above areas

·       Excellent communication skills

Specific

·       Design, develop and maintain SAP HCM security roles.

·       Perform analysis for reporting/audit requests

·       Monitor the SAP Service Marketplace for SAP Security enhancements/patches

·       Communicate and translate SAP HCM authorization requirements among business process owners.

·       Work with HR business process owners to build SAP authorization assignments and facilitate resolutions on segregation of duties (SOD) conflicts.

·       Compliance and Security related policies, procedures, control sets, and best practices.

·       Strong experience in security architecture, strategy, design and implementation, including CUA configuration and set up, SAP HCM/HR-Structural Authorizations,

·       Expertise in eCATT/LSMW/Winshuttle etc. for performing mass security tasks
