§ Oracle R12 Implementation experience
§ Experience in upgrading from 11.5.10 to R12
§ Process Knowledge and experience on Configuring HR/Payroll, Self Service and Financials Modules
§ Experience in User training on R12
Experience in Preparing Configuration documents, Process Mapping documents, Gap Analysis, Business Process Re-engineering, Solution Design
Experience in Interfaces and other Customizations requirement Analysis
Experience in end to end Functional Testing
Experience in communicating with Oracle (raising SR etc)
§ Experience of using Tools like – Toad, PL/SQL Developer
§ AIM documentation – RD050, BP080, CV040, BR030, BR100, MD050, MD070 & TE040

Job Title: Oracle Application Developer (Technical)
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
§ Extensive knowledge and experience in Oracle Rlli and R12 Applications systems: HR , Payroll, SSHR, Benefits, Labor Distribution, Time and Labor, Learning Management, AOL, UNIX and System Administration.
§ General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Project/Grants, Public Sector Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
§ Extensive knowledge and experience in customizing Oracle Self Service Modules using OA Framework.
§ Extensive knowledge and experience in developing Oracle Self Service applications using OA Framework.
§ Extensive knowledge and experience in customizing and developing Oracle Workflow processes.
§ Extensive knowledge and experience in application development using Oracle ADF.
§ Experience in Security Administration with Oracle Applications.
§ In-depth knowledge and experience in Oracle 9i/8.0, SQL * Plus, PL/SQL, TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, SQL Navigator, Developer 2000, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle XML Publisher, Oracle Alerts, Oracle Workflow, Data Loader, Shell Scripting, Application Express (APEX) and Oracle Discoverer.
§ Knowledge and experience in Approvals Management Engine (AME).
§ Experience in preparing technical specifications using Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology (AIM).
