Overview:
Project manager responsible for complete project lifecycle of E2 and ETS2 Solutions web -based governement eTravel management systems.  Conduct estimates, re-estimates, risk/issues management, project planning, tracking, resource management and conduct status reporting to executive levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
 Utilize Project Server tools/methodology and other project management tools to achieve process improvements
• Implement standardized templates and tools
• Develop and maintain an enterprise wide project management process to support the operating group and enterprise project deployment
• Responsible for budgeting/forecasting and development of cost models for projects
• Provide recommendations on the desired future state and long-term strategy
• Ability to Interface with all levels of the organization
• Enhance working relationships across the enterprise to support project initiatives
• Communicate with all levels of the organization on project awareness and status updates
• Produce Executive level reports and presentations
• Coach and develop other individuals and teams on best practices of project management, organization and facilitation
• Corporate liaison for outside consultants assigned to projects
• Responsible for RFIs and RFPs from vendors and contractors, manage and negotiate vendor contracts and vendor responsibilities; multi vendor management
• Manage multiple cross-functional teams consisting of up to 40 associates including contractors.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management  or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years project management and IT experience managing large scale projects
• PMI certification required
• Excellent PC and analytical skills with creative ability to solve problems
• Experience in employee supervision, coaching and development
• Previous experience successfully leading enterprise-wide project initiatives
• Excellent relationship building skills; along with strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience managing software development projects in an Agile development environment

Ability to collect and present information for any level of management within the organization, including but not limited to managers, directors, senior directors and vice presidents

Familiarity with Microsoft Project Server desirable
Familiarity with Rally software a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

SAP Technical Functions - SAP BASIS.

• A minimum of 10 years experience in SAP BASIS, including upgrades, os/db migrations and enhancement pack application
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ECC, Enterprise Portal, eRecruiting and SRM.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of K-12 Business Practices in an SAP environment.
• Current experience in implementing ECC6.0 EHP4, SRM 7.0 and eRecruiting 6.0 EHP4 at a K-12 environment operating SAP in a virtual environment with Windows/SQL Server and Linux/Oracle platforms.
• Have proven experience in Project Planning, including estimating work efforts, resource requirements and landscape support.
• Have experience and are able to facilitate changes through the change control process, including proper form submittal, testing, and execution.
• Have experience in maintenance window coordination – develop plans, engage responsible parties, and communicate outages.
• Have a working knowledge of SAP security administration.

Other Requirements:

• Work days are Monday through Friday (7:30-4:30) ) – Summer Schedule is Monday through Thursday 10 hours per day
• Billable days do not include official Client paid holidays to its employees

Technical Environment:

• Client currently utilizes several enterprise wide systems to support their business. They run SAP ECC 6.0 with EHP4 for their core business application. They use Pearson's SMS, version 7.3.1 as their student system, with plans to upgrade with 7.5 in the near future. They use CampusVue 11.4.B.HF3 as their Career and Technical Education division. They use Microsoft's Active Directory 2003 and Microsoft's Exchange 2007. The Enterprise Data Warehouse uses an Oracle 11.1.0.7.0 database, OWB 11.1.07 and OBIEE 10.1.3.4. While all employees' currently have Active Directory accounts, many of their students are not currently provisioned Active Directory accounts.
