Skill:  Lotus Notes Development, SharePoint Development, .net 3.5

Primary role
Assessment Phase
6-8+ years of Lotus Notes development experience on version 6/7/8.
At least 1+ year’s project experience of performing assessment of Lotus Notes application migration to SharePoint.
Exposure to “Quest lotus notes to SharePoint migration tool” is desired.
Migration Phase
Design solution for migrating applications to SharePoint.

At least 2 years of SharePoint Development Experience

At least 1 project completed of migrating lotus notes apps to SharePoint.
.Net framework 3.5 programming experience of about 3 yrs
well versed with Lotus Notes agents, scripts, design tools
Technical documentation skills
Soft Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills
Team player
