Title: Guidewire config Consultant

Location: Neenah, WI

Duration: 9 to 10 months (with possible extension)

Requirements:

· Strong Guidewire configuration experience (min 1.5 years, version 4.0 or later)

· JAVA/GOSU development and code review experience

· Commercial insurance experience – property & casualty preferred

· Agile / SCRUM experience preferred

· Strong communication skills

· Strong understanding of business objectives/process

All of my JM developers are assigned to Release 2 of the Systems Replacement Project but still have production support responsibilities. We are encountering a significant number of issues that require my team to spend time triaging and doing root cause analysis. In fact some folks are spending up to 40 hours per week dealing with issues and not being able to get their committed 40 hours of project work completed.  I need someone who can be given a production problem and be able to define the problem, the cause and the impacts so that it can be passed onto the Business Support team to fix. I need this person on-site as soon as possible.
