Re: {Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Scott's Run

My biggest smallie was out of Scott's Run. Though I mostly encounter smaller fish. The whole area is full of madtoms and hellgrammites if that helps you to match the hatch.

Subject: {Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Scott's Run

Wondering if anyone has had good experiences off the rocks at Scott's run? Went from around 4-7 pm the other day using mostly Clousers and Lefty's Deceivers, and brought in just a few smallmouths. Had to go out the the rocks (near Naked Ned's spot) to get a decent current, so a bit difficulty getting out there.

Just wondering if anyone here has anything good to say about this spot. Also, if anyone has suggestion on areas to wade in the mclean/great falls area, let me know.
