{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Washington State Steelhead Guide?

I was under the impression that most of the puget sound rivers are either closed or get so few fish that it is a lost cause.  If you have the time the OP may be a good option with the chance for some early natives.  Look up JD love...
 
I do have a buddy out there that is really into fishing the beaches for sea run cutthroats.  Supposedly pretty close to seattle.
