{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Muskies Close By?

can't tell you where to cast, but there are a fair number throughout both the main stems of Shenandoah and Potomac... typical deep holes w/ a slow current pushing through and structure. Big bright sunfish size flies that can dance at least 5ft down work. it's tough fishing.  i've never seen any in the tidal sections but who knows...

Anyone have knowledge of muskies being in the lower reaches of the Doah, and Potomac? They are well known on the upper reaches, but was wondering if they were worth pursuing in areas closer to home like downstream of Front Royal, and Point of Rocks?
