I guess that would be the proper fly to "match the hatch" when fishing a waste water output? If you can reach them, the power poles themselves can be productive. I was out there a few weeks ago and found a school of crappie on the north shore pole. Other than than, I usually just fish the banks and bridges. With the sun today and depending on the tides, I would expect to find em in the shallow warmer water midday to afternoon.
