Requirements:
-5+ year strong development experience with Siebel Sales & Service 7.8 /8.1 using eScript and Siebel Tools.
-3 or more years creating complex integration work flow processes and assignment manager.
-3 or more years of experience in Siebel EAI using integration technologies like MQ, Java Data Beans & Web Services.
-Testing, Documentation experience to include detailed design, configuration documentation, preparing and executing all types of testing, deployments and production support.
-Self-starter with excellent verbal/written communications skills expected to deliver results within short period.

Additional Skills / Knowledge Preferred:
CTI Integration using Avaya
BI Publisher
Skill based routing / Assignment manager
DB2 v9 or higher
Siebel Analytics (OBIEE)

 

Essentially we are looking for strong hands on developer. We'll prefer someone with CTI experience with Siebel and strong web services integration.
