I've read they're catching our little pinstriped friends in the mouth of the Occoquan with gusto so it probably won't take long for them to move to the back of the river once a steady waterflow begins. Maybe someone has a contact with the FCWA that might know a bit more about release schedules.
Judging by the lack of catches in the other usual locations, I wouldn't worry just yet. For now, head out to the mouth and grab a few next to the ravenous LMs in the north side grass beds.--
