-->User Interface Design(L2)-1-2 years expericence in User interface Design Will work closely with Agileprogrammers , product users and other stakeholders of a tool to build the userinterface for the tools

 

-->Usability(L2)-Apply heuristics to design problems involving color or font choice, layout,photography or spot art, etc.  Create individual brand elements, visual designtemplates, streaming and rich media applications, and design prototypesCreate/Maintain branding standards and style guides  Tool Expertise in AdobePhotoshop, Illustrator

 

Should be able to design, develop, debug programsindependently and mentor others. SWT: Evolution, Features, Advantages anddisadvantages, Overview of Architecture, Platform support, Set up, SWTcontrols, Events, Listeners, Some controls in detail - Labels, Button, Text,Layouts, Comparison with Swing. Knowledge of Wrting, Concurrency in Swing(Despatch Thread, Swing Worker), Modifying the Look and Feel, Layout Design andManagement. Design Patterns, Performance optimization, Understanding differentGUI framework

-->XML/XHTML/CSS(L3)-Can design XML schemas for applications  Can design XML based databasesUnderstands the implications of using different types of parsers  Can optimizeperformance of parsers by fine tuning the parsing logic - memory and speed.Familiar with serialization concepts.  Atleast 3 years experience using XMLFamiliar with different XML representation formats.
