Has anyone fished the Occoquan Reservoir from a kayak with any success? It looks like you could put-in at Fountainhead Park or Bull Run Marina. The website for Bull Run Marina is a little cryptic about gaining access to use the ramp. It sounds like you need to get an annual pass and gate key. --
