Key skills are:

- SFDC Integration experience using webservice and Apex Programming, Salesforce.com Service Cloud expertise / Integration experience with SFDC

- Experience using SOAP/REST Web services integration

- Experience with Middleware infrastructures - Oracle SOA

Skill1 - CRM DOMAIN (L3) Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process Improvement areas andsuggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement Capability creationwithin the organization both on the Domain and the Package Should be able tomentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design demonstratedadvanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - Hitech/ Manufacturing/Telecom Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professionaldevelopment Work with Business Development to participate in the bid processboth in proposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiatorsvis-a-vis competition

Skill1 - SFDC Design (L2) Expert in High level design for low and medium size projects and low leveldesign for projects of all complex city Additional Skill(s)

Skill2 - Webservices/SOA (L2) Familiar with at least one application server product Aware of differentservers and tools available for developing and deploying web applications andweb services. Understands the capability and purpose of different webframeworks Understands capability and purpose of Web service technologies -XML/Schema, SOAP, WSDL
