We have an urgent need for Front-End UI Developer.
Candidate must have experience with HTML5 and SharePoint.
Here is the detailed Job Description:
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
· Document best practices for User Interface design with reference to SharePoint
· Providing technical analysis on solutions for new and existing applications.
· As part of a team or individually, develop and deliver quality code and artifacts based on ITS Global standards and agreed scope, time and budget.
· Implement best practices in addressing existing CSS, HTML, User Interface artifacts
· Design and code functional design elements and user interfaces (GUI) based on business and technical requirements, user experience best practices and brand guidelines
· Participate in the creation of prototypes/proof-of-concepts to demonstrate new technologies in their potential applications.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Working experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server - MOSS 2007 and SharePoint Designer
· Customizing SharePoint page layouts and master pages based on branding attributes using Visual Studio
· Editing CSS or inline styles of SharePoint sites
· Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills with solid knowledge of usability, accessibility and cross browser issues
· An intermediate level (or higher) understanding of XSLT
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment
· Branding sites with Share Point Designer and / or Visual Studio
· 5 * 10 years of experience in web design and development
· Minimum 2 years of experience designing web sites using SharePoint
· Degree/Diploma in web/graphic design or interactive multimedia, with strong creative background
· Expert in CS5, Flash, XSL and other web development tools
· Expert in HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript and Flash
· Works autonomously with minimal need for guidance
· Takes responsibility and accountability for the work and performance
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Microsoft Certifications preferred
