Hello Anglers,
-- My name is Stefan and I was introduced to your website by a fellow fraternity brother of mine in the DC area. I met him on LinkedIn and was asking him questions about fishing in DC throughout the summer. I will be completing cancer research as an intern at NIH throughout the weekdays, but would love to spend a lot of time on the Potomac on the weekends. Unfortunately, I will not be able to bring my spinning rods from KY - I am posting on here because I am in need of guidance on the best route for me to start fishing this summer. I wont have any gear and will not want to spend a lot of money on gear that I cant bring home with me... Is there anyone that could help me out and maybe show me the ropes? I have never fly fished before, but I have heard it is popular over there! Ill be in DC at the beginning of June so hopefully I get some feedback before then.
Thanks for the help,
Stefan
