{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: switch rod for steelhead

I have an 8wt Echo Switch that is 11' 3" and has become one of my favorite rods. Its versatile, casts a mile, and is very usable overhead and once I learn how to spey cast I'm sure it will do well with that as well.  It was very reasonablly priced, adn the 4 piece makes it easy to travel with.  I've used it for redfish, oregon steelhead, shad, and just caught a few big ladyfish off the beach in Mexico beach Florida.
