Was thinking about getting out to Accotink or somewhere close this Saturday morning, but it's supposed to rain. It's the only time I have to get out this week, and I don't particularly mind the elements, so I'm thinking about going anyway. How does rain effect trout fishing? Do folks move to bigger, flashier steamers?
