{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: single malt and fly fishing

Hmmm let me think.

Ardbeg<#1 choice>, Cragganmore, Cardu, Caol Ila, Clynelish, Dalwinnie, Glen Ord Glenkinchie, Glenmorangie, Lagavulin, Oban, Talisker and of course Johnnie Walker. But these are just the brands I am luck enough to represent the list goes on and on. I use to be one of the masters of Whiskey at Againn in NW DC, which actually closed its doors tonight for the last time. Such a shame. Anyway, has anyone been out since Sandy?

Cheers guys and tight lines!

While we wait for the river to clear and the stripers to show, what might your favorite Scotch whiskey be before, during or after fly fishing?

One vote for Talisker.
