{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Gunpowder tomorrow?

I have tomorrow off and before Sandy I was planning to hit the Gunpowder.  The Backwater Angler is closed until tomorrow, which ought to be some indication of conditions.  Am I crazy to try to fish the Gunpowder tomorrow?
