Re: {Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Gunpowder tomorrow?

According to the USGS, flow is now about 350 CFS. Before Sandy, it was about 50 CFS�http://waterdata.usgs.gov/usa/nwis/uv?01581920

That being said, I know the water was on the lower side beforehand, but I have no idea what high/unsafe water levels and flows are for the Gunpower.
