{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Spearing snakeheads at chain bridge | Lol

I saw that same guy last year on the occoquan.  He broke his spear 1st try and had to leave.  I would have felt bad for him if I didn't watch him walk past 3 no trespassing signs to access the upper occoquan at the fall line.  You can only legally access this area by watercraft.
