Similar to a Dahlberg Diver but the collar is not cut like a diver.  The slanted collar behind the head of the Dahlberg creates the Dive when you strip the line in.  Another similar fly is called a Cougar - does not have the slanted collar.  But everyone ties them a bit different, their own version.

 

Dahlbergs are great bass flys!
