The bite is on. Sounds like the spinning guys are doing well jigging deep up by fletchers. The bite on the fly has been good in all the usual Striper spots, although I have not hit the Tidal Basin yet. Tides are important obviously, but fish in the lowest light conditions you can bare for best results.
