VB is full of flounder in the spring/summer months (and a hell of a lot bigger ones than in FL). Sinking line + clousers will do the trick.
One of the more popular techniques there as of lately is jigging for them using gulps (chartreuse). If you think about it, a bouncing clouser is almost the same thing without the smell/taste and all that.
