I've never fished in Ohio, but if you're near the PA border, I've had nothing but success on Elk Creek near Erie. You can get good acces at folly's end campground, which has a badass little fly shop where I've been able to pick up anything ever needed on te stream, from flies to waders... There's nothing quite as nice as knowing that you can get more flies within 100 feet of the stream... Particularly when you are on unfamiliar water so far from home--
