Gunpowder is always a safe bet... I grew up about 15 minutes from there... If we wanted to go big we would make the run for yellow breeches or spring creek (state college, PA), but if we were looking for a safe bet, that was where we headed, particularly in the summer when you could slam fish all day long with nothing more than a few tricos, tan caddis flies and black ants... This time of year, I would definetly pack some grey midges for surface action and plenty of pheasant tails to nymph (would recommend tandem to double your looks)
