Hi all,
Curious to get your thoughts on fishing a small stream like the Patuxent River in northern Montgomery County after a storm that dumps 1.5 inches of rain. Will the stream get blown out? If so, think it might be better by Sunday? I've got a new rod and reel I'm itching to use!
