Keep in mind that the NOAA level river forecast is computer generated and 50% accurate as it takes forecasted rainfall to have occurred for it to verify. Like eating fish you have not caught yet. Here is a link to a snapshot of key gauges that tell you what's coming down the river based on that criteria.
