Nice -- Beavis and Butthead used to have a principal that would occasionally get stressed out by their antics and would bust out a bottle with "Old Crow" written on it ;).
-- Not that I watched it or anything.

I've been "snagged" by black rat snakes more than once. I'll take that over them musking on me. I see Dan replied, hunch is its about old crow lol
Sent from my iPod--Hey, due to the shutdown I've been mostly drinking cheap bourbon and watching reruns of Muppet Babies. I feel like I'm leading a pretty rich life to be honest.Hit the upper Rap and didn't get too much -- but there was a really awesome black ratsnake that swam right to me on the bank. I stayed motionless to not spook him, and then I jumped on him once he "docked". They're such a great snake -- they climb, swim, slither, chase rodents into underground burrows, forage in caves for bats.....they're just a great animal. This one bit me, but he didn't musk me. This is my preferred defensive behavior for most non-venomous snake encounters. With little to no musculature in their head, snakes don't even really "bite"....they just more or less open their mouth and propel their head at you and their sharp teeth may or may not snag you. Sometimes the real rascals make a "seesaw" motion using their body muslces to press their head/mouth into you, but they suck at that too honestly.Delaware Bay -- kayaked around the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen and saw tons of baitfish popping around everywhere, but I only got this one tiny bluefish....I think anyway -- gray color, teeth? He tried to bite me as well....or at least he seemed to, but who knows. I had a great time throwing the 8-weight in the salt though.I think I'll do some trout fishing next week if it still is deadlocked. And I'll make the move to Old Crow and Alf DVDs.Oh, no tail autotomy on the skink -- no worries.Gene
