I lived in Washington for 12 years. Although I mainly fished the OP for steel, I have quite a few friends that love the Yak and Wenatchee Rivers. Check out Washintonflyfishng.com. It's a forum with good info. Fishing for steelhead in March and early April is typically very good on the OP rivers but I am less familiar with the eastern/central rivers.
