There will be steelhead in the Erie tribs through April, possibly into may if it is a relatively cool spring. November is a great time as you can still find fresh fish and some guys will be out deer hunting instead of fishing. That said, I expect that you will still see crowded conditions regardless. My brother was out yesterday at a spot that was often overlooked in the past. There were 15 cars in the lot.
