If you live in the metro area and like to trout fish I think VA, MD and PA licences are all good investments. Each of the three state have excellent eastern trout fishing within a 2 and a half hour drive or less. A DC licence should also be considered for stipers and shad and a WV license gets you into so realy awsome smallmouth water less that two hours from the district.
