{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Re: Better trout fishing: Maryland or Virginia?

Well- I mean to purchase the license during winter- to be used for the subsequent 365 days.

Why winter fishing in Maryland? stream-fed streams and better access?

I'm curious what people's preferences are. To make the survey imperfectly fair let's phrase the question this way: If you were a trout fisherman living in DC and had to choose between purchasing a Non-resident  trout fishing license in either Virginia or Maryland this winter, which would you chose and why?

givens:
-price differences between licenses are nominal
-driving proximity to the heart of DC to be considered
