{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Myrtle Grove stockers?

I'm going to shoot some clays with a few buddies at the Myrtle Grove WMA, MD public shooting range on Saturday. Has anyone ever fished the Myrtle Grove pond for stocked rainbows a couple months past the fall stocking date? I've only been down there once (without a rod) and saw and old man with jar of powerbait, an old zebco and a stack of trout at his feet. Made me think this is more of a local fish market than a legit fishery and that there couldn't be much left in there beyond a month or two of stocking.

Anyone have evidence to suggest otherwise?
