Thanks for the heads up but no, not timber island. I'll be in a condo with a huge yard for my dog at the end of O street, on the water. If you see a guy out there with a fly rod and a Brittany Spaniel, that's me. Thanks for the input, all.

Used to live in SW across the street.  Lots of catfish now and white perch in the spring.  Don't expect to have much backcasting room and the walk is a bit higher than the water level, plus there's a railing, so landing fish is difficult.

I frequently fish that stretch in my boat.  It's a very good spot for catfish, bass, etc. Not sure about access from land.
