Used to live in SW across the street.  Lots of catfish now and white perch in the spring.  Don’t expect to have much backcasting room and the walk is a bit higher than the water level, plus there’s a railing, so landing fish is difficult.

I’m assuming you’re going to be living in Tiber Island… don’t get your hopes up.

I frequently fish that stretch in my boat.  It's a very good spot for catfish, bass, etc. Not sure about access from land.
