Looks good. I've had great luck with them as well. I started doing 6 and 8in long gurglers. They seem to get more attention having 2 or 3 bills.

I've had good luck over the summer with a black and yellow gurgler pattern I tied.  Some bucktail for the tail, hackle to make the body kind of leggy, and a piece of black foam with a lip at the front to let you make a little noise in the water.  I call it the bumble bee.
