A few weeks back when it warmed up for the weekend, I was out trout fishing Passage Creek near Front Royal and saw this weird bug emerging in the top film.  Looks like a tiny Horseshoe crab or something.  Looks like a weird nymph with a round shell.   I saw two of them and wanted to know what kind of bug it is.  Do trout eat these?  I'm very curious.
