Tides vary every day. I use either Key Bridge or Washington Channel at saltwatertides.com - http://saltwatertides.com/dynamic.dir/potomacsites.html

The low tide is at 12:18 PM on Saturday and 1:06 PM on Sunday. High tide is at 5:33 AM on Saturday and 6:22 AM on Sunday.
