It's probably on the late side for poppers. Bass action will have slowed down significantly with the colder weather (particularly out there), but also since flows are extraordinarily low right now. You'll need to be fishing a lot in the deep cuts and pools, so your standard deep flies will work - clousers, crawfish, etc. Murray's will probably sell you Maurauders, and their "magnum" lines - so Magnum Hogsucker (which actually worked awesome during the summer), Magnum Creek Chub, etc. The river will probably also be very clear, so you'll have to be ready for very long casts to some otherwise spooky fish. Keep an eye out for carp while you're out there. With the water this low, you may actually get great some shots at some big, feeding carp.
