{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Tidal Basin Bucket Mouth then bust

Hit up the Tidal Basin today.  Was real mellow with low tourist activity before or around noon.  Hooked into this largemouth right when I had arrived on Rob's worm pattern.

Fish burst into the air 4 times trying to the throw the hook.

Unfortunately, my day was cut short by a police officer on a bike who was insanely aggro and would not accept my pdf digital version of my fishing license as I had forgotten my license in another bag.  However I was able to talk myself out of a ticket which was a good look.
