While I have not caught a snakehead on a fly (yet), I have caught several using topwater (frog), soft plastic (creature bait) and a crank bait (Baby 1-).
They will follow any lure and are NOT leader shy. They do have lots of teeth so I would recommend a 20lb leader/tippet.
The deeper into grass and pads you can throw, the better. They are the new thousand cast fish.
