Re: {Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} American shad coming back in Potomac River

The title of the article makes it sound like, the american shad were here this spring and left.. .but are coming back up stream.
...But after reading the article, they mean that the american shad are on a come back, in terms of numbers.
