{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Having problems trying to purchase DC fishing license online.

Hey All,

             I been having problems attempting to purchase a DC fishing license online. I've tried several times over the past month.

On several different devises with several different valid cards. I fill out all the required info, hit submit. And get message back saying my payment has not through ???

Any suggestions ?
