In the past, Casting for Recovery has enjoyed the October Beer Tie, and quite profitably, I might add! Volunteers and money flowing with the beer.

This year I am very slow off the mark--a lot going on in the retreat/breast cancer awareness world and having the second Monday on the 9th instead of later have meant my usually vague brain is even more cheese-like.

If you don't have anything else scheduled, may we come to the November Beer Tie and Bring our Iron Vise competition and some really good stuff for a raffle? New entry-level rod/reel/line outfit, CfR swag, etc.

Let me know--got an awful lot of really nifty pink materials!
