Hexagenia would make the most sense. Could also be a white fly (Ephoron Leukon) but it would be super early.
-- Mayfly identification is tough. We only know so much about trout stream hatches because of the intense observation they've been subjected too. I'm sure there are a thousand burrowing mayflies that live in warmwater that we don't have any familiarity with as fly fishermen.
I saw an adult Dobsonfly in downtown Harrisburg one time. That was really cool.
