Look for any kind of structure wood , spatter dock lilly pad. Get your fly close to the stucture your fishing .
Out going tide is usually the most productive time to fish
If you can get a copy of Tidal Bass Fishing ( not sure if that's exactly the title and if it's not it will be something very similar )
