I know this is supposed to be about the Potomac river, but I'm looking into taking my father in law up to gunpowder for some trout fishing (hopefully on dries). I haven't seen any recent fishing reports so I thought I'd ask around if anyone has been there lately and what they found. I've only been once, it I've heard that Fall is a good time to go. Of course it's summer again right now, but I think we may take a crack at it anyway.
Any suggestions?
